Keep in mind that coffee takes about half an hour to enter the bloodstream. So, ideally, you should fall asleep no later than 10 to 15 minutes after drinking your coffee, which’ll leave you about fifteen minutes of nap time. It’s a good idea to set an alarm for 25-30 minutes before lying down.
